    This place is growing on me. Yes, they make good drinks, and sure they're a little more pricey than I am used to, but I also recognize that I'm frugal. Like most things, you get what you pay for. I think what really makes the place worth five stars is the friendliness of the baristas. They are pleasant people who have always been nothing but nice to my family and me.

    Was there the other day when an extremely rude and disrespectful old man was berating the staff (for his OWN mistake), and the barista handled it amazingly with extreme responsibility and patience. Kudos to the staff at this location for constantly having to deal with extremely difficult customers at times— and despite that, always being respectful and professional. Love this location, the staff are all incredible!

    Just a few minutes ago, we went through the drive thru. We met Ava, a sweet, friendly employee who got our order perfect. She engaged in conversation with a smile on her face while we waited a short few minutes for our order. 5 Stars All the Way!!! Drive thru restaurants need more employees like Ava! From Ella (first name basis now :)

    Was here on Monday July 22, 2924. Got served by Angelle .She was fantastic! After realizing I was doing "community clean up", she offered me gloves, a trash bag and anything I wanted "on the house". I wasn't expecting anything but she totally made my day!. She recommended "Peach Green Tea Lemonade" and it was amazing! I told her manager what a fantastic worker she was. She served me with a beautiful smile, made me feel so welcome and was very appreciative of the work I was doing for the community of Bradford.

    My favourite Starbucks in the area. Professional staff, lots of indoor and outdoor sitting, and free parking spots make this Starbucks my favourite cafe in Bradford (and nearby towns). They recently built and opened this cafe, so everything is brand new.

    One of my favourite Starbucks locations, always make the drinks perfect and super friendly. I came in about ten minutes before closing but the staff was still very nice and got it done quickly, great location!

    I always have a pleasant experience at this location. The manager is always so welcoming and friendly, and you can tell she goes above and beyond to create connections with her customers! I came in today and was looking to try something new, the cashier (didnt grab his name but had long black curly hair) was super helpful and made me a drink as a sample. I would recommend this location to anyone as the staff are super friendly and always helpful!

    Friendly staff, decent menu items, and the usual Starbucks coffees. The customer service here is excellent and there's plenty of room for people to work and chill around in the restaurant. The drinks are quite nice, and the hot food is what you'd expect from all other franchises (can be okay at best, but usually a bit soggy and the breads can have be on the stiffer side). It's honestly a better location compared to most, and in the summer there's patio chairs outside that are fantastic.
